Referral Driving School is pleased to offer online classroom drivers education for all California residents. Our price is $29.95 for the entire program, final exam, and issuance of the DMV certificate of completion. No strings attached and we do not require any other payment or enrollment in order to participate. We also have a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the program (prior to taking the final exam and issuance of the certificate of completion) we will mail you a complete refund no questions asked!

We have observed very good results and are confident that you will have a good learning experience. First time visitors are strongly encouraged to download and read the online program instructions.

Once you complete the online course you will receive by mail a "certificate of completion of classroom drivers education". This is a DMV form that you will need to bring to your permit test. If you are within the Referral Driving School service area we will also send you another DMV form (OL 392) "certificate of enrollment in drivers training" at no additional charge AND a coupon good for $25 OFF your first behind the wheel session with Referral Driving School. (If you are not in Referral Driving School service area, you will need to contact a driving school in your area and obtain the form OL392 proof of enrollment.) In addition to these two forms, the DMV will need your birth certificate, social security card, a DMV application signed by both parents (we will send it to you along with the enrollment certificate) and a check made out to the DMV for $28. The minimum age requirement to take the DMV written test is 15½ years old.

After you have all of these items you can take your written permit test at the DMV. (NOTE: Appointments for your permit test are not required, but will save you time standing in line. You can make an appointment through the DMV website: dmv.ca.gov.) After you have passed the written permit test, we can begin drivers training. Your six month waiting period to take the actual driving test and get your license begins the day that you pass your written test at the DMV.

So your first step is to register for drivers education and complete the online course. We hope you have a great experience with online drivers education. Comments are welcome at referral@newdriver.com.
