Online Enrollment, No Advanced Payment
As of January 1, 2004, the DMV requires students to have the form OL 392 before taking their written test and receiving their permit. In order to get this form, the student must enroll in a driving school. To make this as easy as possible, Referral Driving School provides an online form. Those that do not wish to enroll using the online form may send a copy of the completion slip from classroom drivers education to:

Once we have the appropriate information, we will enroll your student and send you the form OL 392. We do not charge any fee or require an advanced payment for this service.
Important Note
You can only enroll in Referral Driving School and receive the DMV OL 392 form from us if you are within Referral Driving School's service area (the Sacramento and surrounding cities area).
