We do not carry on any telephone transactions or business during a session.
We do not stop by our office for materials or rendezvous with other
school cars for transfer of information or paperwork.
We do not charge for last minute cancellations, we understand
that things can happen. Our telephone system is informative and efficient.
We check our messages between every student, about every hour, and
respond to all calls.
Lori, our office manager, usually has her cell phone (916) 242-9183 with her whenever she is not in the office and can usually be reached immediately for an emergency. Once you start your training with us your instructor will stamp his personal cell phone on your permit so that you can always reach them directly. (Note: Instructors do not answer during a training session but will return the call at the end of that session.)
